Personal Training

Virtual and In-Person Personal Training now available!

FREE Fitness Coaching
As part of your membership, Transformations Fitness for Women will assign you a fitness trainer to design a  program to meet your goals. We’ll also monitor your progress through monthly meetings to update your program and track your measurements, weight and body fat percentage.
Personal Training

If you are looking for more specific personal training, we offer that too! You can hire a certified personal trainer to work with you one-on-one or in small groups of up to 4 people for 60-minute sessions.  Your trainer can help you reach specific fitness goals or just add variety to your exercise routine.

One-on-One Sessions = $75 for one,  $195 for three, $360 for six OR enroll in our  12-week PERSONAL TRAINING program to enjoy a 60-minute one-on-one session each week along with unlimited access to the gym, and all classes (in person and virtual) for ONLY $59 per week!

Small Group Sessions = $110 for one, $300 for three, $575 for six OR enroll in our 12-week TEAM TRAINING program to enjoy a 60-minute small group session with up to 3 friends along with unlimited access to the gym and classes for ONLY $45 per week!

Non-members must add $5/session when not participating in the 12-week programs.

VIRTUAL Personal Training

If you are looking for the individualized attention of personal training from the comfort and safety of your own home, we offer that too! You can hire a certified personal trainer to work with you one-on-one via Zoom sessions.  Your trainer can help you reach specific fitness goals or just add variety to your exercise routine.
