One-on-One Sessions = $75 for one, $195 for three, $360 for six OR enroll in our 12-week PERSONAL TRAINING program to enjoy a 60-minute one-on-one session each week along with unlimited access to the gym and classes for ONLY $59 per week!
Small Group Sessions = $110 for one, $300 for three, $575 for six OR enroll in our 12-week TEAM TRAINING program to enjoy a 60-minute small group session with up to 3 friends along with unlimited access to the gym and classes for ONLY $45 per week!
Non-members must add $5/session when not participating in the 12-week programs.
VIRTUAL Personal Training
If you are looking for the individualized attention of personal training from the comfort and safety of your own home, we offer that too! You can hire a certified personal trainer to work with you one-on-one via Zoom sessions. Your trainer can help you reach specific fitness goals or just add variety to your exercise routine.
Sessions are just $25. Virtual trainings are 30 minutes each and can be scheduled according to your availability. If you purchase 4 sessions, equipment rental is free for as long as you are actively training!
Mission Teams have been suspended at this time. In the meantime, members may participate in Outdoor Tribes as a part of their monthly membership dues. (see class schedule)
Every season, Transformations offers member an opportunity to get small group training at a discounted rate with our Mission Teams. Groups of 4-6 women commit to working out together with a personal trainer one or two hours per week – same day, same time each week. There are 3 levels to choose from.
FOR THOSE READY TO LOSE WEIGHT OR INCHES & DEVELOP NEW EATING HABITS! MODERATE INTENSITY WORKOUTS WITH INDIVIDUALIZED MODIFICATIONS.
FOR THOSE READY TO TAKE THEIR FITNESS TO THE NEXT LEVEL! IMPROVE FORM & INCREASE STAMINA WITH MODERATE TO HIGH-INTENSITY WORKOUTS. LIMITED MODIFICATIONS.
FOR THOSE WHO ARE SERIOUS! MUST BE ABLE TO RUN A 9-MINUTE MILE AND DO AT LEAST 20 FULL BODY PUSH-UPS TO QUALIFY. FOCUS ON STRENGTH, SCULPTING, AND MAXIMUM BURN! HIGH-INTENSITY WORKOUTS WITH SELF MODIFICATIONS.
