EmpowerHER is a new program for teen health and wellness! It’s hosted by Transformations Fitness for Women in Pasadena, MD at 8043-C Ritchie Highway. Transformations is a fully-functional gym with a large training area, various weight and cardio equipment and full-service locker room.
With over 20 years experience in women’s fitness, Transformations is the perfect partner to serve 12-18 year old girls in the area. It is the mission of EmpowerHER to instill a love of fitness early in life and to assist in training girls to be their best selves.
