Why "Eat Clean"?
It’s been a rough year! Many of us have fallen deeper into the “pit” of unhealthy eating habits. Clean Eating isn’t a diet, it’s a lifestyle. Choosing to limit processed, unhealthy foods helps us regain control and make better choices. You will feel better, energized, and may even lose weight in the process. It’s surprising how much poor food choices weigh us down!
The EAT CLEAN GET LEAN CHALLENGE
- Six weeks beginning January 24
- Receive customizable Meal Plans, recipes, weekly coaching sessions, accountability, support, and more!
- Join the private Facebook group for daily tips and connect with your fellow participants!
- Participate in weekly challenges and be eligible for the Grand Prize!
- Cost is $75 for members and $99 for nonmembers
