As part of your membership, Transformations Fitness for Women will assign you a fitness trainer to design a program to meet your goals. We’ll also monitor your progress through monthly meetings to update your program and track your measurements, weight and body fat percentage.
If you are looking for more specific personal training, we offer that too! You can hire a certified personal trainer to work with you one-on-one or in small groups of up to 4 people for 60-minute sessions. Your trainer can help you reach specific fitness goals or just add variety to your exercise routine.
One-on-One Sessions = $60 for one, $150 for three , $275 for six OR enroll in our 12-week PERSONAL TRAINING program to enjoy a 60 minute one-on-one session each week along with a free gym membership for ONLY $49 per week!
Small Group Sessions = $90 for one, $250 for three, $450 for six OR enroll in our 12-week TEAM TRAINING program to enjoy a 60 minute small group session with up to 3 friends along with a free gym membership for ONLY $35 per week!
Non-members must add $5/session when not participating in the 12 week programs.
Maybe you are just looking for help perfecting your fitness class techniques. We offer this service to all of our customers as well! Hire your favorite certified instructor to work with you one-on-one or in small groups of up to 5 people to improve your technique in Centergy, Power, Kick, or Zumba
One-on-one sessions = $50/hour Small Group Sessions = $75/hour
