Challenge Details
What: A Nutrition Challenge designed to help you incorporate mindful, organized restorative eating techniques into your daily life. You’ll receive weekly meal plans, grocery lists and daily online support! You can choose to attend the Meal Prep Tutorials and include optional TRIBE Workouts to further your success!
When: 21 Days running from March 15 through March April 5.
KICKOFF/Q&A Sessions:
Meet our Nutrition Coach, Noelle Miller! KICKOFF this challenge with an introduction to the format and some tips on how to make it a successful challenge. Ask any and all questions you may have. Wednesday, March 11 at 7pm in Pasadena OR Thursday, March 12 at 7pm in Odenton
MEAL PREP Tutorial:
Breakdown the Week 2 menu and learn the basic strategy behind weekly meal prep. Attendance is optional. Ask any and all questions you may have. Sunday, March 22 at in Odenton (cost is $10/person to cover the expense of food. Participants go home with 3 meals!)
